Criteria to Nominate
All nominations will be first reviewed and approved by Human Resources to determine eligibility. Approved nominations will move forward to be reviewed and scored by division and overall judging committee. The judges will use a grading rubric to award points to nominations to advance through to the final selection process. From these judging bodies, division and overall winners will be selected.
Judging
Judging will be conducted by an internal committee, comprised of Physician Enterprise leaders. Each division will have a judging committee, and there will be an overall judging committee. The judging committee will select the awardees by scoring each eligible nominee according to the criteria in each category.
