Inspired by Faith

Inspiration Award

Inspiration Award

Recognizing an action/behavior that is closely aligned with our vision and positively impacts, directly or indirectly, patient care in unique ways. “Inspired by faith” draws on the deep faith of our founding congregations as well as the faith of the thousands of employees and millions of patients and families who entrust their health care to us every day.

Example: A nominee exhibited exceptional, financially-astuteous leadership by successfully managing multiple departments, rapidly integrating new specialty clinics and correcting multi-year billing errors to secure substantial revenue for the organization.

A nominated team went beyond basic medical services to provide a "sanctuary" of compassion and dignity for highly vulnerable populations, such as the homeless. Their inspiring commitment to building profound relationships is demonstrated by their success in helping a chronically homeless, developmentally delayed patient secure stable housing, thus empowering the patient to find a path toward healing and a better life.

Nominations open Mar 16 - Apr 10
